1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or inquiring about plots at AQVA The Reserve, Sector 5, Sohna, Gurugram, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Registration & Allocation
- Registration is open to Indian residents and NRIs, subject to plot availability (limited exclusive plots are on offer).
- The last date to register is 31st August 2026.
- A registration amount of ₹21,000 is payable at the time of registration.
- Allocation of plots is made on a First-Come, First-Served basis, subject to availability of the preferred size. The allocation result will be announced on 4th September 2026.
- The ₹21,000 registration amount is 100% refundable if a plot is not allocated to the applicant — see the Refund Policy for details.
- False or duplicate registrations may lead to disqualification.
3. Payment Terms (For Allocated Applicants)
- Allottees must adhere to the 10-stage milestone-linked payment plan published on the website.
- The Builder Buyer Agreement must be signed within 30 days of allocation or as communicated by the promoter.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the allocation as per the Refund Policy.
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST, cess, or other statutory levies) as per prevailing government regulations.
4. RERA Compliance
This project is registered under RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) with Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), Gurugram, registration number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/1058/790/2026/30 (Registration No. 30 of 2026), valid from 4th May 2026 to 31st December 2029. All transactions are governed by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
