1. Registration Amount Refund

The registration amount of ₹21,000 paid at the time of registration is fully refundable in the following cases:

• The applicant is not allocated a plot (allocation is on a First-Come, First-Served basis; limited plots are available)
• The applicant withdraws before a plot is allocated
• The project is cancelled or delayed beyond 12 months by the developer

2. Refund Timeline

Refunds for the cases above will be processed within 30 days of the allocation result (announced 4th September 2026) or the request being raised, whichever is applicable. The refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided during registration.

3. Post-Allocation Cancellation

The following applies only to applicants who have been allocated a plot and subsequently cancel:

• If an allottee cancels within 30 days of allocation: 10% deduction from the amount paid
• If an allottee cancels between 30–90 days of allocation: 25% deduction of amount paid
• Cancellation after 90 days is subject to the cancellation terms in the Builder Buyer Agreement

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Bank transfer charges, GST on services, and documentation fees (if any) are non-refundable in all cases.
